Caring Cougars Halloween Costume Drive

Each year our Caring Cougars Junior Mastery (3rd-5th grade) organizes a Halloween Costume Drive to support the Miami-Dade County Foster & Adoptive Parent Association. The costumes collected allow many children in our community to have a fun-filled Halloween. Please see below a letter written by the students in Caring Cougars with more information about the drive.

Dear CEA Family,

We need your help. The Caring Cougars are working together with the Miami-Dade County Foster & Adoptive Parent Association to host a Halloween Costume Drive. The costumes will benefit kids in foster care who might not have costumes for Halloween. The costumes should be new or lightly used, and kid-friendly (no weapons).

We will collect Halloween costumes starting on September 25th and until October 21st. If you would like to donate costumes, we will be giving all teachers a bin to collect the costumes. With our help, these kids are going to have the best Halloween they have ever had and will remember this moment!

Thank you for your generosity!

Love,

Caring Cougars Junior Mastery
