Each year, Conchita Espinosa Academy celebrates Family Affair, our largest annual family-run fundraiser. Family Affair is a fun-filled, carnival-style event where students, families, and friends unite for food, rides and games.
The 2026 Family Affair will be on Saturday, March 21st. Our 2026 theme, “CEA’s got Talent,” celebrates the different gifts our students share, from the arts and sports, to academics and masteries. These talents represent the versatility our students – both past and present – share, and which help mold them into multifaceted young adults.
Family Affair T-shirts
Click HERE to purchase your Family Affair shirt. All payments must be made in the CEA Payment Portal. Be sure to indicate Curriculum/Activity Fee and write your child’s name and “Family Affair Shirt”. We will not accept cash or check payments for the t-shirt. Students will be allowed to wear the Family Affair t-shirt with jeans every Friday after the Family Affair.
Tickets, Wristbands & Private Tents
Orders and payments for Tickets, Wristbands & Private Tents are to be submitted through THIS FORM.
- Wristbands are for unlimited rides only (not food).
- Ticket sheets include 40 tickets and can be utilized for food, games and rides.
- Private tents, conveniently located inside the track, include the tent, a table, six chairs, and a ticket sheet. We are limited to the amount of tents that can be sold. Tent sales will be on a first come first served basis.
We will be selling wristbands and ticket sheets at Family Affair at an increased rate. Pre-Sale tickets, wristbands, and private tents are payable through cash or check only. The completed form, with payment, is to be turned into your child’s homeroom teacher.

With over 1,000 attendees expected, becoming a Family Affair 2026 Sponsor is a great opportunity for a business to connect with the local community. Sponsor packages range from $500 – $5,000. Sponsor payments can be made via cash, check, or on the CEA payment portal.
