Admissions Procedures

Kindergarten (K-4) – Students must be 4 by September 1st, 2010
All applications for new kindergarten students should be submitted no later than January 29, 2010, along with a $75 processing fee and your comments regarding your goals for your child and how they fit with our philosophy.  The Open House for kindergarten will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2010.  Letters of recommendation from parents whose children attend or have attended C.E.A., former teachers, pastors, etc. will be taken into consideration.

Parents will be notified of acceptance by mail by February 19, 2010.

Pre-Primary (K-5) through 7th grade  
All applications for new students wishing to enter pre-primary through 7th grade must be submitted to the school office no later than February 5, 2010, along with the $75 testing fee and your comments regarding your goals for your child and how they fit with our philosophy.  In addition to the application and fees, a copy of the student’s most recent report card and standardized testing results (SAT, ITBS, CTBS, etc.) should be presented.  Letters of recommendation from parents whose children attend or have attended C.E.A., former teachers, pastors, etc. will be taken into consideration.

Students will be notified whether or not they have been accepted by March 1, 2010.

The entrance exam will be given on Saturday, February 6, 2010.
