Hip Hop is an urban form of dance that focuses on the energetic, interactive, and self-expressive nature that began in the early 70s- and is now skyrocketing. The Hip Hop culture in itself is a stylish representation of youth acting out against violence. By disguising fitness as fun, our program uses clean and main stream music to teach the students the technicalities of this unique genre. Class begins each 60 minute session with a hype followed by a quick stretch. Afterward, students are taught a combination.
